Very efficient and easy to deal with.
The garage do a generally good job, the staff are very pleasant and the premises modern and completely fit for purpose. The overall experience though isn't (and can't really ever be) totally perfect.
from car drop-off to pick-up and everything in-between, service was professional, efficient and timely.
No problems at all except for a couple of boot-marks on the carpets.

Vehicle was ready sooner than we thought and the advisor arranged for us to be dropped off in the city centre to do some shopping.
Did more than expected
Staff & service fine; all required work done, car clean & staff very welcoming & knowledgeable. But, afterwards I discovered screenwash was replaced with non-winter mix so it freezes readily & is unusable. I will exclude this from future visits.

Communication issues again dealer did not know I was coming in. Dealer did not keep me advised . Dealer said the replacement car was bmws Issue.. said they would update me on the 3rd of jan. did not.. meanwhile I still had no transport. Not happy!!
i haven't given completely satisfied due to the issue above but the work done and the staff were as expected at BMW, staff polite and friendly and explained what was getting done and what had been done
You have to book well in advance to get a courtesy car. On the day I was dropped off in town, I was told once I got the call to say the car was ready to phone to get picked up, this never happened, even after a couple of phone calls.
Was told the car was fixed I disagreed but we took the car back and the same fault ocurred again twice , car down to Inverness Always having to call to find out what was happening, our calls not returned a number of times, not great customer service
I phoned every day for a week and was never able to speak to anyone in the servicing department. I was told they would contact me when they were available but this never happened. We had to ask to speak to a manager to get things moving.
The only issue I had was the area just outside the showroom was very slippy.
as per above, work not carried out. it is a 240 mile round trip to get to the service centre

It was in for a small service and MOT and I thought to take from 10.15 to 15.30 was a long time . For me it is a 100 mile round trip and to spend all day in Inverness was just too long. I phoned up to say I wanted to come back, and a car was sent.
Fault still there after 3 visits, went in for brake pad replacement, came out with a drive train error, when I questioned it I was told next spare appt was the following week if I had problems I would have my own breakdown cover.

Car was MOT'd. On getting in car and checking onboard computer had to return to service desk to get them to reset the emissions reminder. Parking at this dealership terrible, too many cars for sale and no space for actual customers. Otherwise fine.
