Connie MacKinnon did a great job organising the service.My car should have been collected for 9am .10 am and there was no collection and as I had another appointment I had to deliver the car myself. I was told that another customer needed a lift to

Car was at the service point at 0845. By 1300 it was ready for collection. When I arrived to collect later in the afternoon. there was a query about the final Warranty check and the MOT which required the vehicle to back on the ramp for further exam.

Unsure of quality of service. Video by mechanic recommending repairs that are not genuine issues. Including rusting of break discs and tyre tread depth.Service is also not carried out by BMW, but Arnold Clark in a common service centre, not BMW.

The garage/showroom and staff were fine but Im some what disappointed that Harry Fairbairn Inverness did not follow up my request or call me back re the recall that my car was in for. Also I asked for a online valuation on an earlier date,nothing.
