Was a bit disappointed with lack of communication at the start,but was very pleased with the assistant manager Ray who did his very best to get the problem solved. Was surprised at the garage couldn't fix the car and had to go to BMW Germany.
My car was overdue a service & I was called unexpectedly to Inverness for an ailing elderly parent. Online booking had no local availability. I walked in & they offered to try to fit in the next day. The fit me in and were lovely about it. 10/10.
Because everything was First class
I was only told when I arrived for an MOT that my car needed a brake fluid service but that it couldn't be done on the same day so I'd need to arrange a separate date for that.
Car was completed and given back to me on time as usual
Very quick service car cleaned, offered lift into town and notified when car was ready was also shown out to my car. Brilliant service.
The work carried out was done very professionally however again my wife had to arrange transport home as she refuses to pay £15

They were very helpful, although the repair was delayed due to them damaging a part when removing another one and not having the means to repair it at the time. There was no communication the next day of progress.
The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. However see above, the car was not fixed on this occasion. Nevertheless, the service manager at Inverness recovered the situation by arranging for me to see their Service Centre at Giffnock.
Shortish consultation with Customer Services, reset of Service due dates on computer only, however quite satisfactory.
Quick and efficient
Miss Mackinnon was very polite and helpful,car would be ready around 1500 hours, never heard any different. arrived at 15.30 to be told it was almost ready,after some time told it was in wash bay,after more time, car would not be ready today.
Service was of a standard you would expect, but offers to carry out additional works were expensive

The chrome and glass building though daunting, was full of bright helpful folk,the gent who drove me into town was friendly, informative and explained to me in detail about the latest electric car he was driving, most interesting.

Took 12 days before my car could be looked at for what could have been amajor fault. The courtesy car had 22miles of fuel in it when I drove it out of thegarage, not good. Harry Fairbairn staff very good.

Always an excellent experience
The recall item was replaced as required while I waited.
Vehicle was in for an end of warranty check which was completed to my satisfaction with the minor warranty issues being auctioned.
Service and clean performed plus courtesy car experience very good. Would have been a score of 5 if the courtesy car had been provided free of charge as some other prestigious car dealerships do.
Its just the time you have to wait to get appointment ,not sure but when I phoned for repair it was the Glasgow depot that answered
The car came back fresh and clean, after being picked up and dropped off at my house. That's service - minimum inconvenience.

I had 60 mile drive to the service garage. They knew this, my car had been washed, cleaned and parked in the forecourt, it was still 45 minutes before I was attended too.Delivered the car by 10am as requested, work started at 12.41.
Issue wasn't resolved fully, expensive repair on car 1 year old and 9000 miles.
Wheels were supposed to be checked for a warranty claim and I dont think they were, certainly havent heard anything.
Tyre was ordered and in garage the following day, repaired and delivered to my home.
It took 51/2 hours. I was not advised that this would be the case. Indeed I was led to believe it would not take this long. Please see response to Harry Fairbairn survey for more information.
Service from and communications with Harry Fairbairn Inverness was exemplary; no complaints whatsoever.
THE SERVICE RECEPTION YOUNG LADY WAS SUPERB AND MOST HELPFUL AS WELL AS BEING CHARMING. I DON'T REMEMBER HER NAME BUT SHE CAME FROM DINGWALL.
I am being over reasonable here. I booked my car for a service and informed the garage that the brake pad warning light was on saying I needed new pads. I was told on picking the car up that the brakes weren't dealt with as the parts weren't in.
My car was returned to me cleaned and serviced for the time I needed it even though I was over an hour late for my appointment due to work commitments. Well done Harry Fairburn Service Dept ??
The only down point being I was supposed to get an End of Warranty check up (free of charge) but was booked in too early for this. I live 100 miles away from the dealer so unable to come back for this check up.
Booked car in for oil change got an advisory that rear brakes needed changing pointed out car service indicator said 2000 miles but they insisted they needed changing booked in again left car for a day but then refused to change pads blamed bmw

This was a running in service for my M3 and as soon as the car was ready to be picked up the service department phoned to let me know.
When I arrived to drop off my car for servicing I was kept waiting for approximately five minutes and then asked for a signature with no explanation as to what exactly I was expected to sign. The car was not properly washed before collection.
Inverness dealership are completely indifferent to customer needs, and customer service is extremely poor. We have dealt with the previous Inverness dealership and also Perth, and found them to be 5 star in relation to customer service

I booked my car in for 22 August date but the person who took my booking booked 29 August. I had called to cancel my courtesy car and they said they would pass on message but still did not pick up the date error.
Friendly helpful staff and a diagnostic report was given for free!

Delay in delivery
Due to work requirements, the collection date had to be changed at short notice. The car was made available 24 hrs early and within 3 hours of the request.
The sales staff at Inverness are first rate
Absolutely no cause for complaint. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Car was not ready on time, even though the car had been delivered 2 weeks previous. Protect coating had not been applied. Navigation system had not been configured. Very disappointing to watch other customers get a much better experience.
