This was a running in service for my M3 and as soon as the car was ready to be picked up the service department phoned to let me know.
As above. Was contacted by branch service manager a few days after completing another survey and was told due to where I live there was nothing that could be done regarding tyre replacement.
When I arrived to drop off my car for servicing I was kept waiting for approximately five minutes and then asked for a signature with no explanation as to what exactly I was expected to sign. The car was not properly washed before collection.
Inverness dealership are completely indifferent to customer needs, and customer service is extremely poor. We have dealt with the previous Inverness dealership and also Perth, and found them to be 5 star in relation to customer service

I booked my car in for 22 August date but the person who took my booking booked 29 August. I had called to cancel my courtesy car and they said they would pass on message but still did not pick up the date error.
Friendly helpful staff and a diagnostic report was given for free!

Customer Communication during the day was non-existent even though the car was late from the service centre. We phoned twice, staff were busy and phoned back at 17:40 too late to collect, car left overnight.
I wouldn't say I was a needy customer or one that has high expectations. For a relatively young man to spend 38k on his first new car, the service department on a few occasions has been poor unfortunately.
I was advised my car will be dropped off around 12 o'clock unfortunately I only received it at quarter to 4
Since purchasing the car I have dealt with the original salesperson ,General Manager and Assistant Manager(twice) to rectify issues with the car I purchased 10 months ago. Throughout lack of communication has been a huge issue.
The staff are very attentive and professional and the car is always immaculate when I get it back.
in Inverness on holiday, our keys were lost. We called customer services and were reassured Help came, our car safely taken from multi-storey to safety of garage. we were taxied home. A hire car was provided until new key came. Excellent service.

Dropped a star owing to no offer of a hire car as without a car for around 4 hours, however I was asked if I had a way of getting back to town so by that I assume some offer to transport me free of charge was available.

The service and MOT were carried out on schedule. The work that was carried out was explained to me, a comprehensive invoice was provided and the car was returned washed and valeted.
Very quick turnaround in repairing the car plus they did a few checks on the car and replaced the two front tyres (after contacting me first) at a very competitive price. The car was also given a clean inside and out
It was a brake fluid change that was done quickly. The car was valeted and was ready on my return.

I really enjoyed the experience at Harry Fairbairn when buying my car. There was nothing that the staff couldn't do for me. The showroom was immaculate, clean and welcoming. The coffee is fantastic! I felt that there was a real family atmosphere.

When we Bought our car, we were told of the times it was on the production line, to arrival date. Also we had Beth showing us our new car and she missed nothing out very professional.
