The problem is or always has been if we think there might be a problem for instance the faulty lights we have to book the car in to get it checked so that's a day wasted . Then it has to be booked in again to get the job fixed so that's another day
It was satisfactory! I don't want or expect frills from a car service, but Harry Fairbairn provides a pleasant area in which to wait, and there are enough staff to deal with all the customers as we arrive
Issues with the car were resolved within the time frame agreed, with little inconvenience to myself. And the car came back spotlessly clean.
Everything went as expected
I now find myself having to make a fourth trip to this garage to get my digital speedometer rectified. This means leaving my car for ? days to hook up to BMW to re-programme the car's computer.

good service but ordered the wrong part initially which delayed the pick-up, however, the car provided was a 5 series so no problems.
A software update lasted 10 hours. This negated the expensive fast service and cost my wife five hours causing an appointment to be missed. This caused a delay the next day and a late arrival in the South of England.

I noticed a knocking from suspension when i bought the car but when i had it inspected they tell me they found nothing. I still hear the noise getting worse all the time , also the car wanders on the road from time to time. Waiting for it to develop:

Warranty work on vehicle not completed resulting on a further visit being programmed for 17/10/19. Faults not repaired due to short time left for service due to late start by garage and no account seeming to be taken of time needed to do the work.

They staff are rude and unhelpful they do not keep you up to date with what is happening with your car and like I said above they have damaged both mine and my wives car and refused to fix both. If I could out 0 stars I would.
Service carried out as agreed and to the estimate provided. Car nicely washed and vacuumed. Given a lift home and collected later.
Happy with the service I received
Very friendly and helpful staff. Only niggle was that over an hour after we had been informed that the service had been completed the car had still not been cleaned resulting in a wait of about half an hour after we arrived for collection.

All seemed OK and BMW very kindly washed my vehicle however, there is stains/blemishes on the narrow black pillars/upright strips that support the back windows. This has occurred after the car been washed as it looks like staining from cleaning addit

Friendly, professional and informative staff. Courtesy car was supplied. Car was cleaned and washed, excellent service. However it's very disappointing that the milage has dramatically changed to qualify for free service package hence the 4 out of 5.
Disappointed I bought the car In December 2018 and it's still under warranty but this was my sixth visit back to get car seen to,but can't fault the service from the team

My car was washed but there were large patches on the doors which were missed and scratches and swirls on the bonnet which I had to address. I would stipulate in future not to wash my car!!

Purchased recently introduced facelift model X1. Some confusion over tyres (runflat or not), adaptive headlights, cd player and other items which appear to have been removed from pre facelift X line / M sport specification.
