Just top service all round
Worst experience ever when dealing with a main dealer and absolutely no attempt to quell my outrage with them. They just do not seem to care.
Only(very small niggle) is the car cleaning. My car is black so shows all the stains and it wasn't well washed, covered in water stains. Appreciate you must wash a lot of cars but rather it was not washed than done poorly.

The dealership provided a check in facility online, including a video, ahead of my appointment, detailing the Covid-19 precautions. Actual check in was timeous, straightforward, the work and time window were explained, a courtesy car was ready to go.

I don't feel valued as a customer. Received a phonemail on 14th at 1645 to tell me that they had received all my documents and it has been agreed that I will finally get my car on Monday 17th August. This purchase has lost its shine and excitement.
