Dealership is nice, staff friendly ( especially Connie- service ) 100 mile round trip for me car has there over a week drove over yesterday, as told all ready and it was still playing up when I left , I had to limp back the them in only a few yards
Because my Alloy wheels keep corroding and I had a new set fitted and after 2 years I have to fit another set at a cost to me of £850-00

The service centre are extremely slow in processing waiting clients. 3 girls in the office and only one appears to be working.
My last visit was ok and the issue was rectified promptly. I have had a few issues after first getting my car which I spoke to about with the manager and they helped me sort some issues I had with the car.
Efficient and service carried out well within time scale given, and informed by phone as soon as ready for collection. Appreciated the offer of a lift into Inverness while service being carried out.

Had to return the car to have some paint work damage repaired but resolved very satisfactory and with good service
Full marks would have been given if there was further engagement from staff. I was there for nearly 2 hours and various staff were present, with a lack of customers around they could have engaged with me more.
Despite me arriving on the wrong day (confusion with Central Booking) Miss O' Connor fitted me in (live some 30 miles out) and oil change/filter was done in a couple of hours.
The garage is professional although somewhat expensive. I suspect I will need a new battery soon but hesitate to instruct it as the car is then kept overnight to test it before replacement. This makes the whole process more expensive and annoying.

The car service history was not updated. The car now states a service is required and has no record of the service being completed. Not sure I was given good advice about replacing the brake disks and pads. (Indicator states 45000 miles to go

Excellent customer service given from both reception and those on the service desk. Full explanation given of what went wrong with my car.
Overall I was happy with the service I received. I would have given 5 stars had I been offered a courtesy car.
Courteous, friendly and efficient service
We reported incident with drive system and booked service, but were told on arrival it was a recall, if it was indeed a recall then why did we receive no notification prior to the fault occuring?
I had no complaints and was kept well informed by service staff.
