Reception and service agent was good but car not ready at estimated time and had no update to say so. Brake fluid indicator light still on when car picked up (this is what it went in for) had to advise reception. Did deal with it quickly and got iT
From the minute you phone or enter the show room the customer is treated as an individual, professionally and with respect.One can tell that the staff and processes in place are slick and well established
The service reception was efficient and straightforward. The vehicle was ready for collection at the time stated and there were no difficulties or problems. The vehicle was also nicely cleaned for my collection.

Nice friendly welcome upon arrival. Tea / coffee soft drinks available, comfortable seating area. Courtesy lift in and out of inverness.

Was told tyres needed attention arranged for new tyres to be fitted and was told by the company that the tyres didnt need done showed my husband their readings which were different from bmw

The service centre are extremely slow in processing waiting clients. 3 girls in the office and only one appears to be working.

My last visit was ok and the issue was rectified promptly. I have had a few issues after first getting my car which I spoke to about with the manager and they helped me sort some issues I had with the car.

Its was good apart from I booked a time and was told the time was only advisory. That said when I told them I had an appointment they pulled out the stops and got me the car.
