After poor service from first visit where requested support was not completed a call with the service manager and a second visit to garage resolved all the issues and improved communications.
Seamless, friendly, professional service
Work completed very satisfactorily on the day, but that was four weeks and an abortive visit after the initial request for investigation was made.

Apart from the marketing nonsense mentioned above the staff were very courteous and at least I got my damaged windscreen wiper blades replaced.

I had to wait three hours for the work to be carried out which was explained to me on arrival. I was offered a car or a lift into the city but declined the offer. I was quite happy to remain in the comfort of the waiting area enjoying the facilities.

Requested front passenger side wheel bearing check due to noise, when called regarding service due, no mention during report or collection.
Repair undertaken swiftly and under warranty. Car clean when collected. Wouldve been nice if it was defrosted though

Not offered courtesy car
The hire car was the highlight to be honest as it was better than the car I put into service! But the overall experience was enjoyable and staff made you feel welcomed.

To a degree met my expectations. Would have preferred a more sympathetic ear about the horn not working in a relatively new car rather than just being offered a price to fix it.

I had initially approached them to arrange an MOT but I was told that they couldn't do it until 06/10/2018 (it had to be done by 28/09/2018) but they put me in touch with another company. We later arranged for the service to be done on 06/10/2018
All the service work required and associated costs were explained beforehand. The in-house driver returned me to my hotel. The car was washed and hoovered for collection. The bill details all the work done.
See above, arrogant staff zero listening, zero interest in customer, couldnt get rid fast enough. Branch manager next to useless stood like a spare part watching.
Not much to say, it was only a routine service. So as far as I am concerned I would assume all ok.
Arranging the service by telephone, the experience at the dealers and the people I spoke to were all efficient. Caitlin explained what was changed and checked on my car. Gordon gave me a lift into and from town and was very courteous and helpful.

The service we received was excellent. The girls in the servicing department were very friendly and nothing was any bother to them. Was helped by a very friendly gentleman unload my car full of shopping.
There was a safety recall on a part and Joanne organised a courtesy car for me until the part arrived

Managed to book the car in quickly at a date and time that suited me. Staff were very helpful especially Connie MacKinnon who was my service agent. Courtesy car was good though lacked fuel. My car fixed in less time than expected & cleaned well.
There was an issue with my brakes. Their schedule was fully booked for a month but they managed to get the parts and the extra work done in a few days whilst I made use of a very good courtesy car.
