Managed to book the car in quickly at a date and time that suited me. Staff were very helpful especially Connie MacKinnon who was my service agent. Courtesy car was good though lacked fuel. My car fixed in less time than expected & cleaned well.
There was an issue with my brakes. Their schedule was fully booked for a month but they managed to get the parts and the extra work done in a few days whilst I made use of a very good courtesy car.

My car was uplifted from home by a transporter company. The problem was resolved abc then my car was returned by transporter. I had the use of a rental vehicle so there was absolutely no inconvenience to me

Contacted Service @ Harry Fairbairn, as I was experiencing an intermittent engine misfire. I was informed I had to contact BMW Assistance myself, as the vehicle would require uplifting to their premises, for repair - unnecessary as car was driveable?
So much more pleasant and relaxed than Coopers Cobham. Booking was easy with lots of appointments available, not like Coopers Cobham. Parking upon arrival was plentiful and easy, not like Cooper Cobham. Personal service a priority not like Coopers..
Staff very friendly, Accurate estimate on the time frame for the work,However this is was the second attempt to get the work completed, was advised prior to the original appointment that the parts required would not be available so had to re-book
Totally satisfied. Reception staff particularly friendly and always smiling and can't do enough to make you feel at home whilst there. Particularly like the video sent from the workshop technicians showing you the car whilst being serviced.
I was surprised that, although I had reported a whine and slight vibration the vehicle passed the MOT test. It was only after querying this and reiterating the fact, that a rear wheel bearing was changed.

All aspects of the service experience were excellent
Whilst travelling in the Scottish Highlands we had reason to call BMW Breakdown. Over a 3-week period the car went into Fairbairns 3 times and I am still not totally convinced that the problem has been rectified.

It took andrew time to find th right car for me... to an easy task but nothing was too much trouble for him.
I had a long wait on the day plus additional work was required adding to the wait. When I left the service warning light was on for 3100 miles due to Brake pads I was told. I was informed this wouldn't be done on a Saturday when I asked why it wasn't

The service reception was efficient and straightforward. The vehicle was ready for collection at the time stated and there were no difficulties or problems. The vehicle was also nicely cleaned for my collection.
