Completely satisfied with helpful advice on when I needed my next service. I also appreciated the BMW report that shows historic data collected, I assume, from GPS.

The car has been in twice to rectify, (amongst others), to have a noisy heater blower resolved, but this has not being successful. The vehicle is booked in on the 20 May 19 to have a third bite at the cherry !
Inside dirtier than went it went in, dirt on the carpets, mats replaced dirty and wet onto the carpets, marks left on passenger seat, steering wheel and driver's door window where it had been touched with wet hands. Query about oil level not answered
Faultless from start to finish, the service provided by the service team and Service Advisor Joanne Hornsby was first class
Reception staff were very pleasant and efficient. Very disappointed that every time I start my car, the tyre pressure warning light comes on showing that the tyres are under inflated. Tyre pressures are obviously not checked during service and reset.

Kept up to date before and after service. I asked if car could be ready earlier than they had stated due to an important appointment. It was ready even earlier than I had asked, washed and vacuumed.
Service done without problem, but unable to fine reason for random non-function of adaptive cruise control.
I made the appointment through your call centre in Glasgow - they called me and initially was going to Irvine but cancelled via the same and changed to Inverness. Today I received a text from Irvine about my appointment tomorrow! Call centre issue!

From reception to handback the process is professionally done with an explanation of what is happening.
Car developed a 'judder/hesitation' at a certain throttle position. Visited dealer to report problem but they couldn't do the warranty work for over 3 weeks due to recall work. Repair was carried out OK (EGR valve fault) and the car now works fine.
Work was carried out quickly and efficiently. A noise issue was re-checked with a technician in the car with me on a road test and a an explanation was given.
Whole process was very easy
Dissapointed that I had to replace front brakes, discs etc on a car less than 2 years old and only 12000 miles..

booking my car in for a routine service, I gave my car registration and the exact car mileage, and she said the service cost would be 341pounds But called me later asking for more money, they said had made a mistake and asked for another 160pounds

The whole process was frustrating and we spent a long time on the phone explaining time and again the same things to different people who always failed to call back when promised We live in a remote area but no hire car was arranged despite requests
Easy to book and received a reminder prior to the service date. All concerns were addressed and dealt with. Was offered a lift to work, and kept informed the whole time they had the car. On collection the car was spotless inside and out.
The staff are helpfull and friendly, my car was completed on time and valeted for collection.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been in many times and they have always been very helpful. They were very quick at bringing the car up from another garage and helped get me the car exactly that I wanted
The dealer is a two hour drive from home. The car was ready at the agreed time and the contact at the dealer available on my arrival. BMW Genius explanation of the technology and functions was execellent.

As above, person should be at the reception at all times. I went from Mercedes to BMW and to be honest, the Mercedes welcome experience is much better and their atmosphere is much more friendly/welcoming.
The whole process was stress free and ran very smoothly.
