Very easy to setup the appointment, they took the vehicle in right away when I arrived, kept me updated on progress and even though they could not fix the problem, the service video provided was useful in resolving my issue.
I would specifically like to thank Caitlin O'Connor who looked after me, from booking in my car for service, explaining everything, and also calling to let me know my car was ready to collect, and exactly at the prearranged time. 1st class service.
Dropped the car off In the morning. It was serviced, cleaned, vacuumed and ready to collect at the agreed time.

When my car was booked in for a repair over a month in advance I asked for a curtosy vehicle and requested a manual vehicle On the day I arrived for the repair I was only offered a automatic vehicle which I refused to take

Issues I have had were explained to the receptionist this is then conveyed to the technician doing the work. On the last visit I got a chance to speak with the technician which had to be arranged after a wait of 1.5 hours

They did everything they said they would
The car has been in twice to rectify, (amongst others), to have a noisy heater blower resolved, but this has not being successful. The vehicle is booked in on the 20 May 19 to have a third bite at the cherry !
Inside dirtier than went it went in, dirt on the carpets, mats replaced dirty and wet onto the carpets, marks left on passenger seat, steering wheel and driver's door window where it had been touched with wet hands. Query about oil level not answered

Very happy with our experience at BMW Centre. Declan talked us through all the technical aspects for the vehicle of our choice, and when the car arrived, on the due date, it was just as specified.
