Very thorough service. Liked the video inspection and explanation. Would have given 5 stars except the complimentary wash and vacuum left a couple of noticeable scratches on the bonnet , which thankfully I managed to remove with T cut.

I have had an issue with my rear light which I would have liked to discuss. Unfortunately we were tight in time so had to leave but I would have like to have spoken to someone regarding this if possible.
Car was needing parts that the dealer didn't have in stock so I was contacted about this and arranged a new time to pick car up.
