Service advisor was very polite and professional, and my car was ready early which was unexpected.
Because the price of the service was only given to me when I delivered the vehicle to the dealers on the day of the service.

Friendly, professional and informative staff. Courtesy car was supplied. Car was cleaned and washed, excellent service. However it's very disappointing that the milage has dramatically changed to qualify for free service package hence the 4 out of 5.
Disappointed I bought the car In December 2018 and it's still under warranty but this was my sixth visit back to get car seen to,but can't fault the service from the team

My car was washed but there were large patches on the doors which were missed and scratches and swirls on the bonnet which I had to address. I would stipulate in future not to wash my car!!
Very helpful when I was nervous taking out a top class courtesy car. I decided to wait for the service. And they moved forward the service of my car.
Booked in with the service staff who explained the recall to a high degree
Recent service was completed and appeared to be ok. However my main gripe is the car has been in to your vehicle servicing on 5 separate occasions to fix a noisy heater/air con fan motor which is not been successful as it is still emitting a noise.
Apart from having to wait some time for a service when having had a recall on my X3, I would still say I am happy with the service provided.

1. Not being acknowledged when arrive at service point. 2 Queing with others and not being acknowledged 3. Having to wait more than 15-20 mins for a lift home/ or to work despite agreeing need for this and time of dropping off car.
My car had a potential issue that it was recalled for. It was resolved satisfactorily and the car was cleaned up too ! I was picked by a driver in an i3 which was interesting. He was a good source of information and it was a good demo of the car !

Repairs were carried out successfully first time.
Service department experience extremely poor. Would prefer not to use them in future. Very unwelcoming, waited almost an hour for a courtesy car as it was dirty, and the member of staff appeared to have a attitude with us.

Answers as above...was booked in for service....travelled 39 miles to find out service cancelled for that day n had to re book. No phone call etc so wasted journey and and day off work unnecessary
The recall work was done quickly but a health check showed tyre wear at the edges of the fronts so I asked them to replace them after they reduced their original quote to a more typical figure. One of the valves was faulty and it took a week to fix.
My problem was resolved and the whole experience was made tolerable by the professional staff and the general appearance of he showroom
They didn't tell me how bad my tyre thread is and just told me everything Is okay .I have went to other BMW specialist and they have said how badly charged I was and that how they should have told me that tyres can only last certain amount of miles

I see no point in delivering the car the day before for a 8 15 am start, only to find it was not ready at 2 30 PM eventually getting the car at 5 PM, Two year old car annual service
Completely satisfied with the work done at the garage however there was communication issues between the booking line and the garage in that I rang a second time to book an MOT at the same time as my service but the garage did not receive the request
It looks like the processes led to conflicts with telephone pairing, possibly with battery disconnection?

Harry Fairbairn in Inverness fixed our car - as far as we know. To this day we have no idea what was wrong with it or what the repairs involved. They did arrange return of the car which was great.
Attention to detail is very important to me and your staff certainly ticked all boxes.
The branch helped out extremly when i swapped over my last car as i was in negative equity.
Dealt with the problem appropriately and subsequently the further problem for which they took responsibility, and provided transport during the time I was without the car.

No problems this time but based on previous experience i can only give 3 stars.
I was told the tyre replacement would be the same make and the same spec. When I collected the car 3 days later, the tyre was 9Y instead of 95W. I was told no problem, but since have discovered you should not mix different speeds on the same axle.
would have been better had my car been cleaned and valeted at last visit after paying over £600 to get a loose floor plug repair due to above mentioned water leak
